Mendeley Web Importer detects article identifiers on the page you are viewing and automatically retrieves metadata and PDF full texts (where available) for you to add to your library. You just need to be viewing an article or a list of references in the browser and click on the Mendeley Web Importer extension icon in the toolbar.
You'll need a Mendeley account to save, read and cite the articles you import. To sign up and receive 2GB free storage space, visit https://www.mendeley.com

Llevo varios días intentando importar datos a Manedeley con esta extensión y no lo permite.
The right idea, but the delivery is tragic. How can you create a software that: 1) is incompatible with the previous version (after every update, all bibliographies previously used crashes); 2) requires signing-up every time I want to add a reference - even if the addition of another reference is separated by 20 seconds; 3) takes approximetely 4 business days to refresh/sign-in... and with a lot more "wonderful features". It takes me approximetely 3 hours to write a page, and another 5 hours to add references. Guys, you need to fix that app...
web importer não está funcionando!
When it's working I find this extension very helpful, however as with many others, I've had a lot of trouble getting it to work. I'm posting here to help a bit with troubleshooting. I had success with the method another user mentioned, which is clicking on the extension right after reloading a page. I also removed the extension, restarted Chrome, re-installed the extension, and re-started Chrome again, so that may prove useful.
Extensão está pessima! Falhando muito. Mesmo após remover histórico, limpar cookies, desinstalar... instalar... terrível!!!! MELHOREEEEMMM
A extensão não está funcionando. Você insere 100.000.000.000.000 de vezes e nenhuma funciona. SOCORROOOOOOOOO!
Importer takes ages to open, and sometimes never opens at all.
Used to work, now even with redownloading I can't even open the importer.
it is a disaster! believe me!
