Unlike with other airline programs, I never receive AAdvantage points even with the chrome extension. It is very disappointing. Robert K
It kept freezing and making my webpage freeze, and then it would get stuck and i couldn't move it and it was blocking the content. Also, why isn't there a way to minimize it when it's loading /applying the miles back? I made two purchases (groupon and proflowers) and the extension said I would get miles but neither are showing on my account now. :( very disappointing. I hope they make the app better, it would be helpful!
I appreciate the values that this extension provides, but sometimes, it gets stuck or takes up to 30 seconds for the extension to load. This is why I gave it 4 vs. 5 stars.
Not usually a fan of any kind of chrome extensions, but this one makes it easy and convenient to build onto my airline points by shopping with this extension.
I've received extra discounts, cash back, and loyalty points! Love it!
Many of my Loyalty Points come from Aadvantage shopping. I really appreciate the extra points, as I reach to stay a Platinum member every year, for the flying perks!
Useful.
Consistently does not track purchases despite NO other active shopping portals, NO VPN, COOKIES ENABLED, completing purchase shortly after activating, etc. Merchants frequently denying cash back stating that another cash back company claimed the commission. AA and these merchants are committing fraud. There is an active class action against Capital One Shopping for this exact reason.
Great selection of product with fair pricing. Exactly what I was looking for.
