Eigentlich ein guter Ansatz: Man installiert das Plugin in Chrome und schiebt das Sternchen an eine Stelle, an der es nicht "störend" wirkt und spart sich beim Shopping die teils müßige Suche, ob der bislang unbekannte Shop eventuell ein Scam ist. Das wäre schön einfach? Nun: Ist es auch. Dafür müsste man eigentlich die volle Punktzahl geben. Warum nur zwei Sterne? Einfach: Das Plugin stört den Browser. Manchmal hagelt es Javascript-Fehler in der Konsole und die aufgerufene Webseite will so gar nicht mehr funktionieren. Dann klickt man Reload - gerne auch wiederholt - und alles ist wieder in Ordnung? Zufällige JavaScript-Fehler an unterschiedlichsten Stellen, die sich nach Reload auch mal ändern können und manchmal gar nicht auftreten sind sicher nicht das Ergebnis eines Qualitäts-Plugins. Ich habe das Plugin deaktiviert und zufällige JavaScript-Fehler gehören der Vergangenheit an. Schade, denn die Idee finde ich sehr gut. Nutze zukünftig wieder die manuelle Suche über die trustpilot-Webseite.

I’m beginning to question the reliability of Paleovalley. I placed an order on November 9, and the tracking information shows that the item hasn’t even reached the carrier’s facility. Despite sending three emails to inquire about the delay, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and makes it hard to trust them for larger purchases. While the product descriptions seem promising, such issues with customer service and delivery are unacceptable. I hope to receive my purchase soon, but if this continues unresolved, it will be a clear lesson about their reliability.

Extreme poor chat support. Staff member does not know the products and their operation at all. Had to give the online employee frequent instructions on basics during chat. Half of them were not understood. The other half was followed by elaborate thanks. Then made completely idiotic suggestions. Among others about a LaCie Rugges USB-C set up as Time Machine: manually copy the files to Time Machine. Staff member otherwise clearly kept me on my toes. Was incompetent and unprofessional to the max. Seagate clearly has a customer support problem. Great products, lousy customer service.
