I love Amazon, to be honest. This is a giant business which despite it's size is very effective. I've never had any issues related to getting refund, or replacing my items etc. Once again: this is very very very big business and I'm amazed by the such a low percent of mistakes they have. To my calculations it's less than 1% of my packages getting lost on the way to me, less than 1% out of everything I order which is really impressive considering the incredibly difficult logistic. I appreciate this !

They do this all the time. As an example, they'll tell you that your package will arrive between 11:45 AM and 1:45 PM So you clear your morning so that you can receive your package. and what happens at 1:45 PM you get a message that it will be delivered by the end of the day!!! So now your whole day has been wasted waiting on this package. Here's the frosting on the cake. If you track the delivery vehicle on the map you will see this bozo is driving around your location in a circle all day. He's right there on the map next to your location, driving around, or just sitting in one location, not moving for almost an hour. They changed my delivery time three times and went. from arriving in the morning to sometime by the end of the day, you'll get it.

The website is ok, but obviously, there are some bugs. I have given the feedback to the development team since the translator tool are not able to translate the whole input text... When I input the same with google translator, everything is ok. I am now wondering, why should I pay for translation now when I have already goole translator for free and other AI Tools... I will wait until end of Oct, when it is still the same problem, I will then unsubscribe my Plus membership.
