me gusta, aunque no funciona con el plugin/extension de PDF por lo que toca descargar los archivos cuando es posible, ni tampoco con los archivos HTML locales, pero prefiero esta extension porque al menos proviene de google y solo necesita un permiso, las otras de terceros piden mas permisos por lo que es mejor DESCONFIAR.

Works fine for changing text, but this also messes with images, making them incredibly bright and hard to actually see anything in (the complete opposite of what a high contrast mode should do), even though the store page says that it leaves photos alone. This doesn't even begin to cover what it does to videos, I don't know about anybody else, but watching a color-inverted video is practically impossible. While I myself have noticed that this complete color-inversion only happens on the Youtube site itself, embedded videos are also affected. While they aren't completely inverted, they also suffer from the bizarre brightening and color distortion that regular images are subject to, and gifs are badly warped, though I found it harder to tell if it was complete inversion or only more distortion. Google says other high-contrast extensions "break" popular sites, but this one is making images and videos unviewable while turned on. I believe I speak for everyone when I say you shouldn't need to turn off this kind of setting just to view one picture, and then turn it back on to read the caption of that picture multiple times when trying to view a website.

I had high hopes for this extension, but have moved on to using Dark Reader. The inverted color was close to desired effect but the images didn't need to be inverted. The real deal breaker though is that it would randomly lose its ability on some sites. I believe the random behavior is tied to the mouse and child windows it hovers over that causes some kind of race condition. When it loses its ability it can't be refreshed in short of closing the browser and reopening it. I think it should have the same reliability as Dark Reader, as well as the same overall results on the view.
