I wish I could adjust high contrast to some degree, say 33% 66% and full. The high contrast is a little too high on some laptop screens. And disabling the extensions returns the page's blatant light gray unreadable font.

The extension cannot handle pages with embedding. When encountering such a site it inserts a background(hc_extension_bkgnd) that is white...!(rgb(255, 255, 255)), cannot be removed without disabling the extension and completely screws up the color layout of sites that are otherwise pleasant for the eyes. This issue was reported in 2015 but is still unfixed to this day.

While this extension works ok while using Chrome on my iMac, it totally destroys picture colors on my HP Spectre laptop running Windows 10; Pictures are all washed out, they are way too bright and they are inverted. Browns look blue; blues look brown. Red looks cyan colored; Green looks pink; the developers of this app need to go back to the drawing board and look at the source code again; I like what it does in Mac OS but under Windows, this app sucks. I re-installed it just long enough to be able to warn everyone about this issue so you will know what is happening when this happens to you.

The problem with this extension is 1) it changes the colors of actual images on the website (not just text) and 2) you can't choose dark background with light text, so some web pages will invert to dark background and some will invert to bright background.
