Finally!!! Thank you for making a dark mode for Google Docs that does not simply invert the colors, thus screwing up all photos, highlights, etc. This is the only Google Docs dark mode extension I've come across that changes the background, toolbar, and even the Document tab menu, but not the page color (which can already be customized in Page Setup). It is perfect.

Only has one preset--grey interface with white (regular) pages. That is what I wanted. Other extensions give more customization, but many don't seem to work in ARC or they don't have the dark interface + white page I wanted. This is the first (among the highly rated) extension that did it.

Really like this extension. Please have it work for Google Sheets UI too! Also, in Docs, the Pageless setting is forced as the grey background and can't be changed. Pageless is best left as no-color.

Perfect. Exactly what I wanted: a dark background with a white document. I don't like reading white text on black, so now I can have a dark background and change the document color to a slight off-white. Thank you!

Finally! thank you! Like others have posted, I only wanted to change the color of the background surrounding the document space, not the color of the page/text itself, which I've already set to my liking.

This is exactly what I was looking for. All the other extensions force the background to a certain color, overriding the setting in Docs, or invert all color, or other weird things. Docs already has a setting to change the background to whatever you want. This extension only changes the UI *around* the document itself, which is perfect. You can customize the document as you want and not have white surrounding it.
