Copilot for Gmail™ is a mini CRM that lets you see a snapshot view of your email contact's profile information, and any past emails conversations you've had.
This is crucial to have so that you can respond intelligently, and help you dramatically cut down your search time when you're looking for a past email conversation you had with your email contact.
Right within Gmail, you can:
✔️View profile information of the person you're emailing, or who emailed you
✔️Create private notes about this contact (For example: This client has needed support for over 4 hours last week)
✔️Set up a reminder alarm for this contact (For example: Follow up with client on a specific date/time)

Very nice mini CRM. Use it all the time.
Love all of your apps and use them quite a bit.

Oh man, what a great extension. I made everyone on my sales team get it. As if the profile section and a summary list of all the email exchanges weren't enough of a reason to get it, I use the reminder and notes section religiously. Helps the team with follow ups, and I upgraded my account to keep track of anything that might have slipped through the cracks. It's so simple, and yet genius. Better than Salesforce!
I'd be so lost without this extension. I can't believe it's free. It's also not collecting or selling my data (I checked).
A true Rapportive alternative. It also have reminders and notes. Cool little tool.
I have reported errors in this product multiple times to CloudHQ support. I understand that I am a "free user" - however when your product is pulling WRONG details and I have shown you proof of the inaccurate data and nothing is done about it - this is a PROBLEM that your other users need to know about. I LOVE this GMail Add-on - but man it drive me bonkers when I open emails from a business partner EVERY DAY - and EVERY DAY I have to look at incorrect data for the info on this person. This app accurately shows the interactions for the email address in question - however in the top section where it shows Name, Profile, & Links to social media accounts - it shows 100% WRONG data! WRONG name, WRONG profile info, WRONG social media links Screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EO_F-bJG1iNIVS979SPHfobEX_YGA8mP/view?usp=sharing PLEASE FIX THIS CRITICAL ERROR! If these details show up wrong for me as a FREE user - then this is also happening to your PAID users - who again need to know that there are significant problems with this product! The reply I got from Support was to: - refresh cached images - restart my chrome browser - it might be that some other extension is conflicting with us (for example, Giphy, Zoho, and Dropbox for Gmail) I clear my browsing info quite often - and multiple times after being asked to do so in their reply. I restart my Chrome Browser almost daily - in fact, every time I shut down my computer - I start fresh the next time I turn it on! I don't have any of the other extensions or add-ons mentioned by support. In fact, almost ALL of my other extensions/add-ons are CloudHQ extensions!
I like what this extension does but I wish it wouldn't open automatically whenever I open or refresh gmail. I would like to be able to open it only when I need it.
Le doy la calificación de una estrella, porque yo uso sus productos y ya me canse de que nada más están en ingles, nose si les interese también el español? o deplano ponerme a buscar en español, son muy buenos, pero se les olvida que existen más idiomas, o no les interesa!!!!!!!!!
