היי, אמנון מחברת סבן מיחשובים ואוטומציות בישראל. קנינו את התוכנה המדהימה CrankWheel ואנחנו מרגישים בהבדל כבר מהרגע הראשון אין צורך בממשקים אחרים מול הלקוח שיחת מכירה מתבצעת בקלות ישירות מול הלקוח אחוזי המכירה עלו משמעותית, ישנם גם אוטומציות פנימיות בסיום השיחה מה הלקוח קצה יקבל והכי חשוב הממשק של התוכנה קל לתפעול והבנה (יש ממשקי שפה למערכת עדיין לא בעברית, מקווה שיהיה בעתיד) חווית הקניה והשירות והשימוש הם יוצאים מו הכלל ממליץ לכל מי שעדיין מתלבט מה כדי לעסק להגדלת מכירות

I bought Crankwheel back in 2017, and just recently purchased it again for use with my company. I can honestly say it is one of the best investments I have ever made. It is extremely easy to use, with no software required for the viewer and minimal bandwidth requirements. This means that no matter who I'm sharing my screen with, they don't have to worry about setting up software or having a solid internet connection. The support is also fantastic. Whenever I have a question or problem, the team is always quick to respond and offer assistance. Additionally, the team is constantly adding new features, making it even better than before. I'm so thankful for this product - it's made my job a lot easier. Instead of relying on MS Teams, which requires a lot of setup and can be confusing for users with little computer experience, I can share my screen quickly and easily with Crankwheel. It's a huge time saver, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a screen sharing solution.
