If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! I've used crankwheel for over 3 years and I would never dream of switching to another software? I'm in the health insurance sales space and work with many clients in other states and timezones. I love crankwheel because of it's simplicity. It's very NON-invasive for your clients and allows you to share with ease for presentations. The CMS consent function they integrated recently has made this past season a breeze. I love this app. I'm in sales and it is wonderful for clients that are more visual. It also helps with credibility when filling out personal and banking info for clients because they can see it being filled out on the company's website and not stored on my computer, without just having to assume. It's great for training and troubleshooting problems on the go. I highly recommend this software.
