Session Buddy is a tab and bookmark manager that allows you to:
● Save open tabs as collections that can be easily restored later. Great for freeing up memory and avoiding clutter.
● Recover your open tabs after a crash.
● See and manage all open tabs in one place.
● Search collections to quickly find what you're looking for.

Have used this for years, new update added unwanted hotkeys that I can't disable and that are taking over functionality of other browser features and tabs
no longer saves tabs automatically, needs a fix 🐛 thank you for this extension.
I've been using this extension pretty much as long as it's been around, and I actually only use Chromium browsers so that I can use it, it's the first thing I do when I install a new browser or get a new laptop - I love it THAT much! It recently had a major upgrade which took away a couple of my most beloved functions and I was so disappointed. It turns out I was not alone, and within less than a week the Session Buddy team has developed an update which fixes these and a whole bunch of other features that people were missing, as well as some minor bugs which I hadn't even noticed. That's a LOT of work. in a short time, especially since it's a free app (although I do donate to them from time to time given how heavily I rely on the extension. The update is awaiting release by the Chrome Web Store, but they've provided the impressive list of release notes, and the tool is going to be even better than ever. I'd give this 100 stars if I could, both because of what the extension does, and because I've never experienced a more responsive customer service team. All disgruntled customers (including myself) were responded to within 24 hours, and it wasn't just a canned response, they were honest and up-front and reacted to customer feedback at lightning speed in terms of developing the update to the new release. Thank you so much SB team, I don't know what I'd do without you!!!
Why would you deleted the UNDO button like, what was the mindset on this decision making????
Excelente extensão, tudo funciona como o esperado, desenvolvedor esta de parabéns!
Edit (Mar 24): It looks like all the search features have been restored, such as filtering, result highlighting, and jumping to results. Now you can even search by collections, folders, or links. There also seems to be a performance improvement when loading the list of sessions (or at least it's as fast as the old version on my machine). You still can't export everything at once if your collection is too big, although it's not really a big deal as you can export them in smaller chunks. I'm just glad the core features that make this extension better than the competitors in the first place are back. Now, with all the old features and the dark theme that I hoped for for a long time, it's officially better than the old version for me. Thanks to the devs for listening to users' feedback. I've been using this extension for almost a decade now so I guess it's due time to make a donation haha. Along with other complaints about the new version of the extension, all of which are valid, they also destroyed the search function in the new version. How they even messed that up is beyond my understanding. You can't no longer search by URL, only by the name of the tab, which doesn't even work properly. Results that would show up in the older version no longer appear in the new version. In the previous version, search simply filters out the relevant URLs and there's even an option to hide or gray-out the irrelevant URLs, which was amazing. Now, results show up in a tiny pop-up window instead of on the main UI, so you can't see which session the URL belongs to, the date it's saved, or any other information until you click on one result. Additionally, clicking on a result doesn't even take you to where it's saved, no highlight, no jump to the URL you searched for, only to the session it's in. Therefore, to search for something, you have to search, scroll in the search window, click on one result, scroll down to find the URL to see if it's what you searched for. If not, you have to click on the search bar again, scroll down the pop-up window, and repeat.
This has been my goto extension on all my Chrome profiles before the update. Ease of search is gone. Wish we could just roll back.
While it still serves its purpose, the devs have taken a few steps back. It was a lot easier to use, search either for saved or unsaved sessions. Now, you can't search for unsaved sessions, you have to do it manually. On top of that, searching for saved sessions isn't as easy as it used to be as well. Also, you've screwed up the saved sessions for so many people. Now I have to start from scratch. I'm better off finding an alternative and starting anew from there. Why touch something that worked well for everyone and did such a overhaul, causing people to lose their sessions?
I don't like the new version, too many problems! One which bothers me a lot is that I cannot scroll down easily in the list of tabs, why did you make from a very good chrome extension one which drives me crazy at each moment of the day?
One thing I really liked about the old version was being able to close tabs and windows with Session Buddy fast by X-ing it out. This was better than using Google Chrome's feature because you have to wait for the closing animation for each tab – also it's hard to close many tabs together on Chrome since I can't read all the tab names like in Session Buddy. I also miss being able to delete sessions fast with just one X rather than how it is now by first clicking the three dots then selecting 'Delete' then 'OK'. If I'm not mistaken, you were also able to just press the 'delete' / Backspace key and all the sessions would be deleted at once. Is there any way to bring these features back?
