With this extension, you will no longer need to manually sort your bookmarks every time after you add a new item or modify an existing one.
Start by choosing a bookmark folder and how you want it sorted (by name, by url, by date, etc). This extension will then start tracking those folders for any change made, and whenever you add or modify a bookmark within them, their contents will be automatically sorted according to the rule you created.
Features:
- Sort your folders automatically whenever they are changed
- Or sort the folder only once, without tracking for further changes
- Sort by Title, URL, Date or even randomly

This is it! Yes, this is it! Works on latest Edge! At last. Best this type extension on market FOR SURE.
While it sorts the Bookmarks bar with no problem, it doesn't sort folders or sub-folders at all. You still have to manually sort them.
I've wanted this functionality since I started using Chrome v0.0.1rc0
Really nice, a simple sorting for single folders plus by date and more. I use it to manually sort my bookmarks folders, you can multiselect or choose a single one, I don't use the automatic option, this way I can sort each folder differently and can also change it whenever I want - I offen use the by date sorting as well as by title or url. It would be great if this could also be directly reached by right click on a bookmarkfolder, if possible ;-)
