This eye-care extension enables night mode by creating dark themes for websites on the fly. Dark Reader inverts bright colours to make web pages high contrast and easier to read.

Adjust brightness, contrast, the sepia filter, font preferences. Enable dark mode on every web page or give websites a sepia tone. Enable or disable Dark Reader for specific websites, automatically sync with system dark mode, or detect already dark websites and leave them unchanged.

This is the original Dark Reader extension. Since 2014, we continuously evolve alongside modern web technologies to deliver fast and reliable dark mode support for people sensitive to bright light.

I´ve been using Dark Reader for a few weeks now, and I would really appreciate if you guys could add one key feature - I suppose more people than just me would welcome it - the ability to use different modes for different website. I use filter+ most often, but I noticed, that some pages look a lot better with the dynamic mode, or filter+ sometimes inverts the pictures, that are used as a background, and it looks silly, so I have to manually switch to dynamic. Is there already an option to use different mode for different websites, and I just missed it? Or are you (pretty please) planning on adding this feature? Greetings

Update 4, 16.11.23 the problem with the white remaining spot is fixed. Thanks Update 3, 6.6.23, on google translate page, the right side (the side where the translated text appears) of the page remain white only when i put a word oreven a letter. Why? So far, is the best extention for Chrome. Update, some sites, doesn't dark theme. Update 2, in some pages, "delete" the background video when dark it.
