Trellus is a an embedded power and parallel dialer that works directly inside your Sales Engagement platform or CRM so that you never have to switch contexts.

Trellus also provides a full live agent assist for most browser-based dialers ensuring that reps are delivering both the right message at the right time during their calls

By integrating with browser-based dialers and video conferencing platforms, Trellus is able to provide behavior suggestions to sales reps during cold calls 📞.

This can include advice to speak more slowly 🐢, to avoid talking too much without taking the time to listen to the customer 🤐, and to ask questions to better understand the customer's needs and concerns 🤔.
