Trellus also provides a full live agent assist for most browser-based dialers ensuring that reps are delivering both the right message at the right time during their calls

By integrating with browser-based dialers and video conferencing platforms, Trellus is able to provide behavior suggestions to sales reps during cold calls 📞.

This can include advice to speak more slowly 🐢, to avoid talking too much without taking the time to listen to the customer 🤐, and to ask questions to better understand the customer's needs and concerns 🤔.

First, support is so incredibly fast I didn't think they were real people. So, they sent me a calendar invite and fixed a small bug in the software. Now the actual review. I just had the best call today and Trellus came in clutch! It told me to stop talking 🤣, so I did. Then the prospect told me everything I needed to know regarding the company. I couldn't remember everything, so I had to go back and look at the call transcript. I emailed her the AI generated email and saved Trellus' AI summary under the call. You have created the best extension on the Chrome store!
