The Yoroi wallet (newest software version + the wallet has been synced for the last 3 days successfully) unfortunately does have a serious software bug: transfer status of the 3 first transfers has been indicated for days as failed in red but the balance of the wallet constantly has displayed the 3 first transfers took place (which is contradictiory information). 2 following transactions are highlighted as green with status 'high' though but the first 3 transactions are still highlighted in red as 'failed'. The balance in contradiction is still stating the 3 failed transfers took place. What does this mean for a user: EMURGO (company offering Yoroi) has not been able to explain to me for the last 3 days why the balance and the 'failed transactions' are displayed as contradictory information. Further Emurgo is not offering to refund the 'failed transactions'. I had to send the amount (failed transfers) from another wallet again on top of the failed transfers to meet a transfer deadline. Now it seems like I have lost money and Emurgo customer service is responding 'we have had similar cases before', 'blockchain related issues' and 'if a transfer has been authorized no one in the world can refund the coins transfered'. The problem is that we are talking about transfers that are highlighted as 'failed' in the wallet but how can this be if the balance shows the transfers materialized. It should be regulated that software providers like EMURGO are held responsible for the information provided in wallets. We are talking about digital crypto assets here. What would you do if your FIAT bank account stated faulty information on money transfers and bank account balances for days and you don' know if a crucial transfer has taken place or has not!? This seems to be a serious problem of the crypto world: no one is ever responsible for anything but all these crypto CEOs are currently trying to convince the US congress that their companies are helping the public to have a better life with their crypto products (coins, exchanges and wallet providers). The reason why this rating has two stars and not one star only is that Emurgo customer service has at least answered an e-mail; even though Emurgo customer service has not been able to help explaining why the wallet information provided is faulty either way + no refund of the tokens (3 failed transfers) has taken place yet in the Yoroi wallet.

Not synching. Trying to re-delegate funds to ITC3 so I can participate in the ISO for Sundaeswap soon. Yoroi just doesn't work for me. Cardanoscan shows I have ADA but my Yoroi wallets will only show rewards sometimes and zeroed out my balances (I had a fair amount). This is very concerning and I don't know what to do!

To say this wallet is a piece of sh** is polite. This is so slow and does not even work. I have tried two different computers, re-install etc. This should be removed from the store as it does not even work!
