This is where News Feed Eradicator comes in.
News Feed Eradicator removes the most addicting part of Facebook, Twitter and other social networks - the feed - and replaces it instead with an inspirational quote. You can still use the other functionality as usual, you just won't get sucked into the attention hole.

Request for quotes to come from more diverse sources! So far most (almost all) of the quotes have come from men. Can you please include quotes from women and people of differing backgrounds? More modern quotes too? Thank you!

He mejorado mi productividad, y me siento a gusto estando en contacto con mis amigos pero sin ver todo lo que se publican. Ahora solo necesito ganar autocontrol ;)
This app works perfectly! I did not want to stop logging into Facebook altogether, but I needed a way to eliminate distractions. It wasn't just my newsfeed. It was also the news on the right side that was always BAD NEWS. Thanks for this extension!

Does what it says. Absolutely brilliant. Period.
It's a really nice extension but should offer a timeframe or an on/off toggle. I use it just while working, so it would be nice to have it turned off when I'm done.
