The extension is very convenient! I can get access to a prospect's information, on a company without having to leave the page. It saves so much time! Sometimes there is a lag, but usually resolves itself by refreshing the page.

A very convenient extension to add a contact from LinkedIn or Sales Nav to Salesforce. I also use it to see if there are any updates, like a new email address or a new direct line or extension. Easy to use and fairly quick to import into Salesforce (and other CRMs). The only con is that it sometimes takes a little while to load the contact info when you first click the icon or import into Salesforce.

From an SDR perspective, it is useful, but relative to similar extensions, very average: Pros -- generally speaking, it it convenient to use when adding people into your CRM from LinkedIn. It's also nice to be able to view account information whenever you're on a prospect company website. Cons -- it is pretty buggy. I have to reload it almost every time I need to use it, and when I submitted a ticket to customer support, they told me to empty my cache and clear all cookies, which didn't work. I spend a fair bit of time each day having to mess with it in order for it to bring me any value. Relative to similar tools, it is better than others (Seamless.ai extension), and of course, worse than others (DataFox extension).
