The plugin is very useful if you research your prospects' website and/or LinkedIn while you are calling on them, as it (most of the time) allows you to pull up company information or contact information from ZoomInfo based on LinkedIn or website without having to go through the extra search effort. I use it extensively when prospecting to check for news and "scoops" on my target accounts before/while calling on them and definitely feel better prepared with insights because of it. There are often latency challenges, and sometimes you have to reload a page to get the extension to load properly. While these can be mildly annoying, the extension still saves a lot of time overall.

The extension works very well when it works. Yesterday I spent the entire day getting error messages and slow performance when it actually worked. I tried to contact support and got error messages there too. I called the support # and got hung up on by their system. Summary: Extension is great - support from ZoomInfo is seriously lacking

The Extension tool definitely makes it easier when searching on the Web. However, sometimes the extension can't find the person, but only the company attached to it. It can get very frustrating when need to fine information about a certain person. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others to get the extension. I know that with improvements and updated information it can only get better.
