Funciona perfectamente! Editar documentos de Office desde un navegador y utilizando una cuenta de Google es todo un logro! No tenemos todas las funciones que encontramos en Word o Excel pero si todas las básicas. A nível usuario básico/medio funciona perfecto y no necesitamos mas Office :D Para usuarios expertos tendrán que seguir pagando Office y trabajar en local

This extension doesn't have .pps support, but it open .ppt files without any problem. Can you add .pps file support ? It would be great

As this extension currently stands, it's not very useful, whether using a chromebook or not. As pointed out by previous reviewers, it doesnt work with the Drive web app. You have to manually drag and drop files, or when using a Chromebook, open them via the File Manager. "Open in Google docs" only causes Drive to create a .gdoc copy of the original file; the problem which was supposed to be eliminated in the first place!!! Furthermore, the editing options are so sad it makes me cry. It's like a kindergarten version of even the most redundant office software out there. Not only that, but pretty much all formatting on a file displays incorrectly. Not even paragraphs levelled on both sides displays correctly on the app! Unbelievable! I was hoping for more, but in reality, there's much work to do, Google :( . Meanwhile, I'm going to use Teamlab Personal which, although has severe problems as well, at least works together with drive and doesn't make the most basic mistakes when opening a file formatted using Word. One wouldn't really think making a bloody word processor in 2014 would be so difficult. But, here we are :D

Tried opening an excel file to edit, but could only open in viewer mode. After exploring around, I realise you need to: 1. open file in viewer mode 2. go to file tab and choose open with Google sheets before the file is exported to Google sheets to be edited. Even then, the complicated formulae in the original xlsx. sheet could not be exported over and the cells contain errors. For simple formulae, I think this app will work great.
