Great idea, found out via endorsement by a YouTuber, worked for me at beginning but then a few months ago I stopped seeing ads completely, now I just have a blank page with nothing except the title "Tab for a Cause" where "New Tab" normally is. I have written four separate complaints on their website, all are still open. Edit Alex from Gladly, Inc got back to me with a very helpful email explaining that since their URL was put in an iframe because of a recent change by Google, Kaspersky Protection can't whitelist Tab for a Cause anymore. So he recommended that I disable the Kaspersky extension and install uBlock, which I did, but the page still doesn't work. The only recommendation I can make is don't use Kaspersky Protection if you have Tab for a Cause. Edit After a few days of deactivating Kaspersky Protection extension, everything returned to normal. Again, I suggest to not use these two extensions together. As for the new interface, it's nicer in my opinion and still allows all of the customization. Now just waiting for groups to come back...
Благотворительность - всегда хорошо, а так как у меня всегда полно времени это приложение для меня идеально! Ещё можно поставить автоклик на "обновить страницу" каждые 3 секунды и тогда вы помогаете даже ничего не нажимая!
I give 5 stars for the cause. Don't really have problem with the new layout, because I usually don't even bother managing my things on a new tab. A preyy wallpaper and a clock is enough my productivity. As long as the extension is supported and maintained, that's good enough for me. An effortless step for us, the users, but much improvement for our society. Keep up the good work, guys! I'll be here, changing the World, one tab at a time. :)
Charity
If anyone thinks it will be a waste of time for small amount of money, I got to donate 10 dollars in 2 years. I think that is a lot of money :)
Wonderful service that does great things for people in need, and all you have to do is click a button. So really it's a no brainer, AND as a plus their new UI is really attractive and useful as well. Way better than the default chrome new tab page. So what do you have to lose?

I think that more ads would be better. They take up barely any of the space and doubling the ads would raise around twice as much money. Apart from that, its fine.
Use this if you want, but know that at the end of the description it said that advertisers may collect data from you, and this was added, AT THE END. Scummy move if you ask me
My only issue with this extension is that it takes SOO LONG to load in. the default new tab thing was always there instantly and this takes 2-5 seconds to load in for me. Ok not that bad until I tested and found out that I open it to a new page so fast that it's not building up my heart counter, so I feel forced to wait until it does load in. So it just slows down my workflow a lot since I am opening new tabs a lot.
