First off I have to say that I have been using this extension happily for awhile now. I have tried many subtitle extensions and this one, hands down, has been my favourite! Most other subtitle extensions have limited website support and only display bilingual subtitles on the free model. However, the options and features have gradually decreased since I started using the extension. On December 14, 2023, the free model changed to limiting usage to only YouTube, bilingual subtitle display and removing ability to change size of font per language. I am a native speaker of a two languages and used the extension to display at least three languages simultaneously. This method allowed me to understand the nuance of the new language I am learning as I can see translations for the two other languages. Completely understandable that they moved to a pay model, but without previous options, especially multi website / subtitle support, subscription is highly unlikely.
