I was expecting that this would log the time offline/online. I am not sure what the purpose of showing when I am offline, every browser, etc., will do that.

This is a great little tool. It would be nice if it logged the date and time for the outages that it detected.
Estaba teniendo cortes con mi proveedor y de esta forma me entero exactamente de cuando se desconecta y vuelve a conectarse con un sonido. Me está funcionando perfectamente. Echo de menos que genere algún log.

Works fine, but you must disable internet and extension for 1st time to get it work
No sirve de nada
unfortunately, as another reviewer has pointed out, it doesn't seem to do anything or ever change status, even when the internet link goes down. Perhaps it only checks every ten minutes, or perhaps it is only checking the wifi state, and not the TCP/IP connection. I installed it to monitor the status of a flaky hotel connection and it doesn't help at all :-(
Excellent! This extension is hard to find but it does what it is said perfectly - nice sounds, nice icon! Thanks! UPDATE: the extension is very leaky and can easily eat up to 0,5GB+ of RAM
