Within the last week or so the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet on my iPhone has changed (it's now called Onchain instead of DeFi but still the same basic Crypto.com DeFi Wallet insignia of blue on white). However, I'm no longer able to access any of my individual wallets to see how the accounts in them are doing. It looked like I could download a desktop version, but that didn't help at all.

This stopped working 2-years ago and devs have done NOTHING to correct it. This and the flaws with the Apple version of the exchange wallet lead me to believe there is some major incompetence over there - or at least a very bad business model. This company has superior products to the other exchange that rhymes with doinbase - yet the competitor has many more times the users. Why, because the competitors app works all the time. CC works at about 40% functionality. The QR code when connecting wallet stopped coming up 2-years ago. They were informed about it. They did nothing. Meanwhile, their competitor is glad to service the people who leave the crypto.com ecosystem is disgust. Imagine a car dealership selling cars with only 2 tires on it, then when told about it - keep on doing it 2-years later. I don't blame people for jumping ship.

I am having alot of problems trying to contact customer service I have tried many times and get nowhwere. Be careful if you are not computer savvy because there is no one to help you
