Works great for me dont know what all the fud is about. It non-custodial so even if crypto.com crashes like ftx or voyager it has no direct effect on your funds you can still withdraw to a different exchange. I think its great, supports everthing i need, best security, web extension with wallet connect allows use of polygon, bnb, eth, etc dapps on desktop. Just remember its non-custodial so backup your seed phrase, customer service cant help you dont give your seed phrase to anyone.

I've been trying to link my DeFi wallet to the Chrome Extension via standalone or bridge, both fail to successfully link. Tried contacting customer service via the in-app chat and through emails, both avenues resulted in no resolution and a lot of wasted time as the CS agents request a plethora of personal information and then ask you to wait hours only to find out that they can't do anything to fix the problem(s). It's not the DeFi wallet that has been having an enourmous amount of issues lately. The exchange platform crashes and locks you out spontansioulsy during a trade, their main app randomly locks you out, the NFT market place has it's own issues with it's payment system and retrieval of NFT's after payment. There's also a complete lack of customer service on all platforms and sketchy privacy concerns with the use of customers personal information being excahnged by agents for unnessary reasons. I woudn't be surprised that CDC is going to become insolvent in the near future, taking everyone's assets that are locked in to their platform with them. Soon this review will either be removed from CDC and/or recieve another automated response alonf the lines of "Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear your unpleasant experience, DeFi wallet tech team is working on enhancing the connection between wallet extension and mobile app. We will keep doing optimisation. Please pay more attention to us." - Regard Cryptocom Wallet Extension Support
