納税はe-taxでスマートに行えるどころか、これでは不便すぎて利用者は減る一方ではないですか。 私は、IT関連の機器が若い頃から存在しているので、慣れている方だと思うのですが煩雑すぎて3度目でしたが納税をするだけなのに時間がとられすぎます。 まず、このUIとにかく誘導の分かりにくいサイトから改善し、セキュリティー強化をしたアプリの開発に投資をすれば高齢者でもレクチャーすれば使えるようになるはずです。 政府と癒着のある企業と程度の低い開発をしているから、こんなにユーザビリティーに欠けるようなことになるのです。 政治家の先生方も、ご自分でこれを利用して納税なさるといいのですよ。
河野大臣、ツイッターで利便性を聞くよりここのコメント見た方がいいですよ。 どうしようもなく使いにくい。 もう少し民間から優秀なプログラマーなり採用した方がいい。 しょうもないキャラクターつける暇あったら、もっと改善しなさいよ

使い物にならない！！！etaxの画面にアクセスして、ずっと「読み込み中」の状態になっていました。事前準備に従って、インストールしましたが、まったく変わらないです。結局、郵送で申請するしかないです。何のために作ったんだよ！腹立つ！

昨年は動作しており電子申請できたのですが、chromeの拡張機能をインストールしなおしてもマイナンバーカードを読み取りしてくれません。仕様変更ですか？使えないのなら意味がありません。
すべて電子で出来るという案内に従ってやっているのに出てくるのはエラーばかり。早く使えるように整備して下さい。これのせいで一枚だけ郵送しなきゃならないの本当に腹が立ちます
使いづらくなった。 誰も使えないし、これでは使わない。 連携していても反映されないから同じこと入力しないといけない。 郵送した方が早い。
使えなさ過ぎてweb申請は諦めました。普及させようとする意志も何も感じない。リリースする前に本当にチェックしたのか疑うレベル。IT後進国にもほどがある。
本当に意味が分からない。 恐らく利便性を追求する勢力とそのような知恵も気力もない奴らの妥協の産物なのだろう。 マイナポータルは視認性も高く、直感的に操作できる。対しe-Tax連携となると途端に使い勝手が悪い。 今後、いかに洗煉されるかに期待します。とりあえず確定申告は書面で提出してきます。
