よくわからない（アプリ的な）操作の矛盾にトラブル ここまでカードやアプリで作業簡略化しようとしているのと真逆のもの こんな使えないようなシステムアプリにいくら税金つかったのか
劣悪なUIと煩雑すぎる操作で、税務署に行かなくて良い以外のメリットが今のところ皆無です。 強引にマイナンバーカードを取得させて、結構な額の税金を注ぎ込んで、「便利になるよ！便利になるよ！」と吹聴し続けた挙げ句にできたのが、この馬鹿システムというのがすごいなと思いました。
わかりずらいし、使えない
確定申告をしました。他の方と同じように無限ループに苦しみました。 私の場合は、カードリーダーでマイナンバーカードを読み込んでログインできなかったので 携帯のマイナポータルからマイナンバーカードを読み込んでようやくログインできました。 去年まではカードリーダーでできたので意味が分かりませんがとにかく上手くいったので同じようなパターンの方のお役に立てられればと思い投稿しました。 ちなみにマイナンバーカードを携帯で机において読ませるのが何度もエラーになりさらに怒りが増してしまいましたが、机が鉄製だったので磁場がうまく読めないということもありました。
”もっとつながる”で「ふるさと納税e-Tax連携サービス」と連携しようとしたところ、「拡張機能のインストールがされていません」という旨のポップアップが表示され、先に進めない。 拡張機能の再インストール、ブラウザの変更、PCの再起動を行っても同じ。 最悪です。
親の代わりにPCに追加しようとしたら、そのPCではedgeでインストールボタンすら表示されず。chromeをインストールしてchromeから入るとボタンが出てきて、ようやく登録できました。そのあとはスムーズでした。昔の小さめのモニタ使用なので画面サイズかもしれませんが、ダウンロードボタンが出ない人はchromeを使ってみてください。 皆様の書き込みを見てると、いろいろ他にも原因がありそうです。普通はその辺考慮して開発するものですけどね…スマホで簡単！iphone！とかアップル利権かよ独占禁止法は！？な国には期待しても無駄でしょうか。前から思ってるのですが、exeファイルを３つほどダウンロードしなければならず、高齢者というよりPC操作に慣れてなければすんなりできないと思います。国が全くデジタル脳じゃないのはサイトデザインなどからもわかるのですが、こんなんでインボイス導入とか頭おかしい。デジタル処理できないと経済壊滅しますよ。
【e-Tax】へログインするのが肝です。 ログインする際、環境チェック結果画面の「判定結果」欄でChrome 拡張機能のインストールを促す文言が表示されたら、 "【e-Tax】国税電子申告・納税システム" ホームページ(https://www.e-tax.nta.go.jp/)の下の方にある、 「利用者の方へ」の 、 令和5年1月25日 Chrome 拡張機能の「e-Tax AP」のバージョン更新について (https://www.e-tax.nta.go.jp/topics/topics_20230125_versionup.htm) から、下線部分”本年1月以降、e-Taxソフト（WEB版）等をご利用になる場合には、Chrome拡張機能の「e-Tax AP」を更新する必要があります。” (https://www.e-tax.nta.go.jp/topics/topics_20230105_error.htm) を参照ください。 確定申告書等作成コーナーにも掲載する内容ではあります。 手間取りました。

ブラウザの設定の優先言語の1を「日本語」にしたら動作した。 原因特定まで時間を費やした。。
