苦労して上手く動作するようになっても、毎度半年ほど経つと使えなくなっている。 止む無く再設定するも前回とは異なるトラブルでなかなか上手く行かない。 ようやく再設定できても半年後には・・・、の繰り返しで嫌になります。 納税モチベーションを下げるためのシステム作りに成功してますね。
このソフト害あるだけ。この出来の悪さで、納税者の貴重な時間の浪費をしています。ちゃんと納税したい人が損をするソフトです。こんなの使わないでID-パスワード方式のほうがよっぽどまし。しかし、この拡張機能をきちんとインストールして難関を突破しないとメールが確認できない。最悪なシステム。国としてやっていいレベルじゃない。一回リセットして孫請け禁止できちんと作ってください。

何がどうやらさっぱりわかりません。先に進む方法もわからない状態です。
>eL-TAXやらe-TaxやらマイナポータルやらJPKIやら、ややこしいねん！！ ・・・とおっしゃっている方がいらっしゃいますが、同感です。拡張機能を入れたんですが、 >Chrome拡張機能 ＝ × ブラウザの設定を見直し、拡張機能が利用可能な状態にしてください。 の状態から先に進みません。困りました。。。 どうしてこんなにややこしいことになったのでしょうか？ 野党による「マイナンバーカード反対」の悪影響のせいでしょうか？？ ただ、この拡張機能が「×」になっていても確定申告手続きはすんなり完了しました。私の確定申告は医療費控除申請だけなのでであり、使用する機能が限定的ですんなり完了したのでしょうか？？？ 良く分かりません。
とにかく使いずらいしわかりずらい。電子申告で直接足を運ばなくても便利に行政手続きをできるようにしようという意図なのかと思うが、この出来なら申告書を印刷して直接税務署に持って行ったほうがはるかに楽です。 あまりにひどいのでむしろ廃止してください。
Windows 11 22H2 上のChromeやEdgeにe-Tax AP拡張機能をインストールすると、パソコンが重くなり他の作業も出来なくなる。受信箱確認のためのログインや初期設定にはe-Tax AP拡張機能のインストールが必須なため、一旦インストールして、ログインのために必要な時だけ拡張機能をオンにして、一時しのぎをしている。非常に不便を感じており、最終の申告ができるのかも分からないので、早急に改善してもらいたい。
源泉徴収の申告を終えたところでフリーズ。２年間使ってほとんど固まったことのないPCで。。。 何をしても動かないので仕方なく再起動し、納税の手続きをせねばと思って再度e-Taxを立ち上げたが、「事前準備セットアップ」が✕でダメ。数分前まで入力し送信までできてたのに。 しかたなく、説明通り拡張機能をインストールしたが、エラーが出てダメ。何度も何度も試行錯誤やったがダメ。 ちゃんとしたもの提供できないんだったら、やめちまえ！！時間の無駄！！ 結局手書きで計算書書いて振込み。。。今までの書面による提出の１０倍時間かかったわ！！ だいたい、eL-TAXやらe-TaxやらマイナポータルやらJPKIやら、ややこしいねん！！ むっちゃ腹立つ！！！！！ 今までレビューなんて書いたことの無い者の、最上級の怒りでした。
