インストールしてもアイコンがグレーアウトで機能していない。当然、e-Taxにもログインできない。 以前から指摘されてるみたいだけど、いつになったら修正するんでしょうか？ これ、国の公式アプリですよね？

悪戦苦闘しながら無事確定申告が出来た。 分かりにくく面倒くさいのをなんとかしてほしい。
各種アプリをインストールしながらも延べ数十時間かかり、 何とか申告書類の作成完了！ 後は送信するだけ！ 1回目のカードの読み取りができない状態、固まり進まない。 カードリーダーライターのバージョンアップの項目がありインストールする。 再度カードの読み取り、・・・ē-Ｔaxに必要なアプリがインストールされていません。 アプリを削除し再インストール、再挑戦ダメ・・・⤴ ・・⤴ この様ななアプリを設計し、発注し、不具合も検証せずに責任も取らない、 また、少しずつバージョンアップをすることで、仕事としては割がいい。 わざと、完璧なのは作らない体質なのではと、勘繰りたくなるようなアプリですね。 「改善・改革」により 1つのアプリでē-Tax申告全般に使えるようにして欲しいです。

もうちょっと申告手続きをシンプルにする努力をしてほしい あとパスワードを3回間違えるとロックするのは勘弁してほしい ロックの解除をするのに市役所に行くしかないのも勘弁してほしい
