事前準備のセットアップが何回やっても出来ません。また、マイナンバーカードを入力しようとしたら「JPKI使用者ソフトのインストールが必要です」「インストール方法は、公的個人認証サービスにお問い合わせください」とのことです。なんの説明もリンクもありません。 最低最悪です。
