Chrome に対応してくれたことは嬉しいですが、バグってると思うので★２にしておきます。 事前準備セットアップと、この拡張機能のインストールする順番なのかわかりませんが 【e-taxソフト(WEB版)ログイン画面】に遷移すると 「事前準備セットアップをやり直してください」という旨の画面になり機能しませんでした。 devtoolのコンソールに "judgeBrowser is not defined" (だったかな？) というエラーが出てましたのでそれが起因していると予想します。 事前準備セットアップのインストール時に、こちらの拡張機能のインストールを促されましたが 自分の場合は、それを無視して、事前準備セットアップ完了後に拡張機能を再インストールしたら動作するようになりました。
一般の人が使えないこんなetaxをつくって何を考えているのか？ 無能な役人どもは、誰でも使えるシステムはどんなものが良いのか ゼロから勉強でもしたらどうだ。
利用させないサイトで時間を無駄にさせる国税庁、税金返せ。科学技術軽視、忖度ONLY政治のつけですか。IT後進国撤回の努力はどうなった。「シンプル」を心がけることを忘れるな。
何年もＥ－ＴＡＸを利用しているが、毎年手続きに苦労している。令和２年用のＥ－ＴＡＸ 機能にもホトホト手を焼いている！
なんですか、これは！事前準備セットアップができないので、先に進めない。何のためのe-Taxですか。正常に動くかどうかの事前のチェックはしていないのではないですか。これは税金の還付をしないための策略でしかないと考えられます。
Edgeでも使えるようになったとあるので早速、膨大な容量を食うJPKIとやらをインストールしたが、そこからサッパリ使い方がわからない。デスクトップにショートカットが表示されるでもなく、Programフォルダに確かにデータがインストールされているが、何も立ち上がらない。立ち上げ方の手順もどこにもない。結果、マイナンバーカードの登録も出来ない為、税務署から送ったとされるメールを見ようにも見れない。ただただ無駄な午前中を過ごした。。。こんな不良品を展開する暇あったら、その連絡メールに伝達内容の詳細を載せておいてくれないかね。
持続化給付金のときはなんとか使えたのに、また使えなくなってる。普通なら改善を継続するのに、改悪を継続してどうする？楽天とかAmazonの仕組みをもっと勉強したらどうなのか！
去年はIEしか使えず今年はIEさえ動かないとはどういう事？ 説明文もわかりずらい。
