wow..just discovered this....where has it been my whole PC life? lol. Great for nightime and anytime!
This is by far the best extension of its type, I especially like the smart image invertion and that videos and dark pics aren't inverted.
Really the only good alternative to "White Text On Black Background" for Firefox and "Hacker Vision" for Chrome.
I've tried many similar extensions, but none compare to Deluminate. It does just what I want, darken web pages so that they don't burn holes in my retinas. Most of the other extensions generally messed up images pretty badly. This one is, by far, the best (though still not perfect). But, when you run into a poorly rendered page, the easy-access button and shortcut keys make disabling it a snap.
Está muy bien. Hace un buen trabajo en la inversión de color. También permite bajar contraste u oscurecer la página sin invertir colores.
I appreciate this over all. I gotta take away one star for the fact that it inverts colours of some things that are not background, and also for the fact thatit makes pages that are already dark completely white. It's not that big of a hassle constantly turning this on and off, but I can't imagine it would be much of a job to make the plug-in recognise when a page is already dark, and to not invert the page in those cases. It's really calming and comfortable though, when it does what it says on the box.
Nice extension. Converts pages nicely. But not for my old machine unfortunately. I get around 50% cpu usage on an active tab!
amazing extension
I used Hacker Vision for a long time until it became pay 2 use then changed to this. I love this application 10x better than Hacker Vision. A must have!
Unfortunately if you change from tab to tab, you need to disable and enable the extension, this needs to be addressed so you can save in which tab you desire to invert the colors and in which ones not
