It makes mass mailing with statuses and reminders super easy. And they have cool add-ons like polls, surveys, etc.
I use free version to send notifications emails to my team. Very useful.
Fantastic product, however a couple of features missing (they told us they are working on it): - ability to disable link tracking (the link tracking is on by default and sometimes we do not need that) - track of replies for mobile text campaigns
Been loving this extension for chrome. If you are running a business and need to mass outreach to hundreds or thousands of potential clients, this extension is right for you.
Really easy to use, and damn, it looks good. One of the best features of this app is that I can copy any email in my inbox and edit it. So, I copied an email that I got from Apple because it looks so nice, and I just edited the images and words to make it my own. Once I was done (which literally took seconds), I sent a Father's Day special to all of my customers in my email campaign list. Now, I'm no marketer, but with this app, I sure feel like one! Don't even hesitate—this is easily one of my favorite apps!
This is EXCELLENT. I used this to send a text message campaign, and it's incredible. I haven't tried the email campaign portion yet, but this is really simple to use and I have a 98% open rate, and an 82% reply back rate (so far). Does what it says and does it well.
Our company owns 10 licenses and we have had an extremely difficult time getting in contact with customer service representatives. We've had issues with email metrics for months. Sometimes the numbers would be completely incorrect and other times the metrics would not load at all. When we contacted support about these problems they would take days to respond. When we finally heard back from them they would tell us that the issue would be fixed in a few days, but the issues have continued and we have not heard back from them. We currently have not had email metrics for over 2 weeks and have not been able to receive a solution from the support team.
I'm planning on using this product for event invites. So far the design builder has been easy with the amount of customisation that I need. Additionally their customer support exceeded expectations. I had a small issue that was resolved within 24hours by a real person. They took the time to send me screen captures and was able to explain both why the problem was occurring and how to fix it in laymen's terms.
We have been having some issues and reached out to support and have heard nothing back yet. Really hoping for some assistance.
Everyone says it's easy but it's not. At least not for me. It doesn't save my changes and I'm always having to double check if it took my edits even though the option to save later is there. Then there's moments when it would not even let me back in so I can't even send out the email I need to. If in a rush, I'm not sure I can depend on this to work.
