HUGE time saver and simple to use! I also use Klutch responses to store a few special characters that I use frequently and cannot access using ASCII codes - I can get to these characters in two clicks using Klutch.

I have to amend my previous review because this extension experiences MANY MANY hiccups, and is no longer reliable. I used Klutch for almost two years with only one or two issues, then THREE TIMES this week their servers have gone down, three days in a row. The company's tech help hours are in the time zone UTC-2, and the server keeps breaking suspiciously immediately after their hours end. I had come to rely on Klutch.com, but since their service has become unreliable I really can no longer use it. I cannot make a tool the center of my work process only for it to become completely unavailable, making it impossible for me to work. I have to find another solution, because Klutch can't be relied on.

Hey guys, Please put a contact section in your Klutch.app page. I had to come all the way down here do make a comment. Great app!! Hey, the Edge extension is limiting the number of characters for the title. Can you increase the limit, so we don't have to go to the main website editor to do small fixes? Another feature that I would like to see is the responses with variables. I work answering 20+ stores and I with I could set variables on the text like the banner name, or the store number. Something like that: "Hello {store_num}, ...", and right after clicking to add the response a pop-up would appear asking for the store number to fill the variable in the comment. Just a thought... A good feature. Thanks again!!
