After rebranding from Tray, I lost my answers. The "automatic export" didn't work. Support couldn't find my user active as well. Make sure to keep backups as it seems they prioritize datamining for your company details by forcing buggy updates over the user experience and continuity.

I Use The Every DAY A SERIOUS TIME SAVER Not sure how I functioned before I had this conveniten tool on my tool bar. I am in some niche groups that require the same response to the same repeated questions all the time. I just save my best answers and then can go and grab my clever responses and pop them into the thread.

It's a great app! Easy to use and ideal when drafting a large number of canned responses (the categories feature is terrific for this purpose). Really GREAT!!! I was looking for a better canned replies extension for gMail but this is SO MUCH MORE!!!! I use it everywhere, just right click JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE and you have your quick replies available!!!! Most impressive is support!!! In my job I usually need to answer many repetitive questions. I wondered if there was an extension for Chrome that would allow me to handle canned responses, I tried several tools, but Tray Canned Responses was the most comprehensive I found: it has a beautiful rich text editor, you can organize your answers by categories, has keyboard shortcuts, and works in Gmail. And by paying a small annual fee, you can enhance the extension by adding a search engine, filters and unlimited responses. This is the extension I recommend to my colleagues and would recommend to anyone who needs such a solution.

I repeat myself a lot online, usually when answering customer support requests or writing emails. But there's no excuse for typing out the same things each time. I found that Tray is the perfect tool for me to easily store the things I say all the time, and quickly access them whenever I want, wherever I want. Loving it so far!
