I really like streak. Although I note that the geographical information may not be that correct, at least I know whether this email has been reviewed, which can help me a lot, especially when there is someone who "does not" like reply emails.

I've been using streak and I can say it is one of the most important tools for my business. Its integration with Gmail is amazing. You can have on file all the interactions on each email, plus the ability to add notes, tags, tasks, etc. Moreover, you can customize pipelines to separate emails depending on their stages and greater matter. For that reason, it allows me to personalize my emails to a high degree. I highly recommended this tool!
