I honestly liked it and it has been performing well so far, but, but why does the streak updates keep appearing ontop of the screen and hide my email content I cannot remove it.

I have been using Streak for many years now and I could not run my business without it. It is the most seamless, user friendly, adaptable CRM program I have ever tried, and the customer service is responsive and brilliantly helpful. Best of all, it LOOKS good. What do I like about it? Integration with Gmail means every piece of customer correspondence is easily stored so I have a complete file of our interactions, plus the ability to add notes, tasks etc. Ability to customise pipelines and box information means I can set it up so the information that is important to me is available at a glance, and I can track boxes through every stage of the client journey. For a service provider like me (a lawyer drafting contracts & providing risk management mentoring for online small business owners) it is invaluable. I used the free version for years until I needed more boxes. I now have 11 pipelines and close to 1500 boxes. I never have to worry about a client slipping through the cracks - and I have a full library of client snippets that saves me an incredible amount of time. It is as close to perfect as I could imagine a CRM could be. I just hope they never ever go out of business as I would be lost without them!
