The core feature works well and is exactly what we need! But the extension logs me out every time I collapse the window. For a tool you're supposed to use constantly throughout the day, this is an exhausting amount of overhead - especially because I need to use the authenticator to log back in. So, it's a multi-step, multiple times a day. If that was fixed, 5 stars. Does anyone have any tips? Same issue?
It is a good format. Needs to work in a more intuitive manner, still. A good resource would be to automatically set the last opportunity as default value for a same thread. Sometimes you have to do some re-works.
Started to deploy with team and noticed it is super glitchy in the following ways: - When switching to the new view and deactivating the legacy panel view, the legacy panel view still stays on the screen causing both views to open when a user attempts to save a record - When users login to Salesforce, frequently they receive an error: "Error in $A.getCallback() [Cannot read properties of null (reading 'context')]". - Post login to Salesforce and connecting to Google account, the user gets caught in a loop error message that does not go away unless the extension is removed and re-installed: "To add this email to Salesforce, we need to connect to your Google Account. Give access to Google" Support non-existent: - Salesforce ticket opened in February of 2026 with no response - Attempted to contact salesforce rep and technical support since February of 2026 with no response.
