I love that we are able to track emails sent by all users through salesforce. It works well most of the time but I have experienced some glitches along the way. I am thankful I am able to go back to emails that may have not saved and do them again.
Absolute game changer for anyone who is using Salesforce and wants to keep track of their activities, make scheduling meetings easier, etc.
Invaluable for workflows and being able to connect historical conversations to leads and projects
Works fairly well, sometimes you have to reopen the extension side panel to have it connect to SF, but overall an amazing tool! And of course a huge win that it is free!
Great when it's working and logged in. Requires reconnecting / giving permission to access my email weekly or even daily.
Echo-ing that the Agentforce widget is blocking the Save button, so I need to inspect the page and remove the agentforce widget in order to save my activities now which ruins the experience. Please fix! Update: There is a workaround for this: switch to Embedded Mode Uninstall the Salesforce Chrome extension from your Extensions list in Chrome settings Reinstall the extension Refresh Gmail — you'll see a pop-up to log in to Salesforce After logging in, select the option to use the plugin directly within Gmail (embedded mode) instead of through the web extension
There is a bug in the latest version when creating a new contact, or account that the Agentforce bar at the bottom has removed the Save button to create the new contact or contact. Please remove
Excellent software that makes my day-to-day work more efficient and more organized. Ultimately, a better experience for my customers.
This was a Five Star Extension, however now the Agentforce Widget (Which is useful) blocks the ability to log emails or calls. It covers the submit button and you are not allow to move it to another location or remove the widget.
