Constantly getting "Error in $A.getCallback() [Cannot read properties of null (reading 'context')] Failing descriptor: {markup://clients:contextualEmailEventHome}". Please fix asap!
the new version is horrible, does not work properly and steales my time. Old version was great. Salesforce please fix/update the new version asap.
Same. I thought I was going crazy and wasted many hours troubleshooting before I found this page. This feature is totally business-critical - my company is virtual and my team is scattered throughout the world. Salesforce please listen and resolve this as soon as possible; otherwise I will be seeking compensation.
Old version worked great, especially as I use Gmail and Google Calendar as an "App" on my Mac (URL -> Chrome Options -> Cast, Save and Share -> Install Page as App) to easily switch back and forth between my other applications, email and calendar. The new version, however, simply doesn't open or work in the "App" experience, meaning my productivity and way of working has plummeted. Please look into how you get the extension to work in the "App" experience!
Gmail extension was fine, but I was forced to update to this one that has errors 90% of the time.
Excellent tool to quickly capture and record emails in and out to SF
We are unable to logs emails in salesforce with the new version. Business and processes are getting hampered due to this issue please fix it asap.
The old version worked really well for many years but now the new version is full of bugs and the whole team is being affected and the data from logging is not reliable anymore. Please fix this as soon as possible. In addition, Calendar events is not supported in this new version.
The latest version is super easy to use - great updates!!
We use this exclusively for logging Gmail activity to Records. It worked pretty good before SF changed it to a dedicated Chrome Extension a few months ago. The extension worked well for 2 weeks until it didn't. No matter the TS steps, any attempt to record an email to a record results in this error "This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: -1046071845)" PLEASE FIX THIS!
