Definitely a great timesaver. My only small gripe with it is that if another team member is in the meeting and log the meeting first from Google Calendar - you need to go into Salesforce and still log it manually. :(

Helpful extension, allowing you to log all interactions without manually opening salesforce. Can be slow and require you refreshing the page a few times to remove the tag box when not wanting to log an email.

Useful, but does not stay logged in. With my personal workflow, the extension is constantly bugging me that I am signed out, begging me to open it and sign back in. We use Google Workspace for authentication to Salesforce, so signing back in amounts to opening the extension, and since I am already signed into Google, it just logs me right in. Seems poorly designed; I shouldn't have to click buttons to sign back in when I am already signed in. Also, the nag is constant. Every time I do anything in Gmail, nag, nag, nag. I wish the extension would stop nagging and keep me signed in already!

This makes it so much easier to save emails to SF. It says time and makes sure I don't forget to update an email I saved as a pdf. I have found it that occasionally I have to restart the App but it is never an issue.

Salesforce need to put more effort into this extension. * Switching from Production to Sandbox and back takes long time and requires multiple refreshes and opening and closing of the browser. * The extension automatically identifying contacts but not Person accounts and doesn't present them on the log options. * Unstable - the extension constantly getting disconnected and requires reconnections and reloads. and it's error messages and disturbing the normal use of Gmail.
