This extension for gmail is crippling. At least once a day I have to restart my browser as my email freezes while trying to log an email. You cannot easily see what emails have been opened. Every action should take 5 seconds but consistently takes 30 seconds to a minute to load an email and save it. The only function I like is the add contact - when it actually works.

I cannot overstate how much time and headache this extension saves me! My only wish was that there was a wizard button that would guide you through creating a salesforce record for contacts not already in salesforce.
