the UX is a bit intrusive and annoying sometimes because it blocks the flow of the user but apart from that really useful and faster

Disappointed with the extension - I have about 4 technical errors each day and after a few hours need to reload everything as it stops prompting me to log emails / stops logging emails
Fantastic App. It does what they say it will do. Since using this application very seldom do I go to Salesforce unless it is to generate a report! Keep up the good work Salesforce!

IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE INT HE WORLD AND ENSURES WE ACTUALLY INPUT THE INFORMATION TO SF BECAUSE IT IS SO EASTY. IT MEANS WE CAN FOCUS ON BUILDING AND NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS, NOT JUST THE BUSYWORK
This application has worked great a one of the foundation software packages that we use. We could not be an efficient business with offices across North America and operating with customers in the US, Europe and Asia.
It helps out workflow a lot when it actually links and truncates the emails. I find myself having the refresh my email threads a lot because of false errors or just occasionally it doesn't work at all with bizarre error messages and I have to use the copy and paste method. Which when viewed from from Salesforce (due to gmails layout) is confusing an impossible to read. Due to that though, it's worth the occasional error messages because it makes viewing and reading your email threads in SF much more viewable and smooth... when it works.
Great extension but it's been constantly crashing over the past week on multiple computers.
