Much improved version of the app and our team is finding it very easy to use. As a small nonprofit, we were looking for an affordable and easy to use app that would help us record interaction with our constituents. This certainly is fulfilling both criteria for us.

This has really help in getting gmail into Sales Force, I like that a person can select what mail is important so as not to get a bunch of non-important data in salesforce.
They finally made improvements so that you can add contacts efficiently but now they forced the app to disable if you're also using Yesware.
Fantastic tool for fantastic mail system/CRM
Simplifies tracking communications between gmail and Salesforce.
Previously had the outlook/salesforce integration which was very spotty/inconsistent and generally clunky to work with over the past few years. The gmail/sf integration is VERY smooth - easy to install and has some really great features I'm still learning. Have had zero problems with it not working or freezing up which was the main issues with Outlook for SF.
Really helpful. Much better than manually logging emails.
Great tool!
Very helpful in my day to day Salesforce transactions! Even allows me to link emails to opportunities or other objects other than contacts!
