have the same promlem with product import, but support team fixed everything. don't hesitate to write to support team, they are really glad to help you
Not Import product proper. old is better then latest.. OLD is GOLD
not working after 5 or 6 product import
I am really stressed with this extension. Works fine for 30 minutes and then bug and bugs... Just loading but not importing anything. Need to load the page again and rework everything... but again bugs!! impossible to import products. Tried deleting all cache, loggout account and login again, disabling and enabling the extension,... The bad thing is that there is no other alternative... but sure need to improve the interaction performance. Also change the language whenever the extension wants! to Italian and Spanish every time! I am not spanish or italian and once FINALLY works the extension and import the product, everything as Atributes and text are in other language!!! As a conclusion: more than 2 hours to import just 1 single product.... Impossible to add products. Please if somebody know how to fix this issue share it! you will help 1 or more people.
