Make sure that the Chrome extension is active and is updated to the latest version. You can delete and install it again using the link below: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/alidropship/jlnhdnbbikjkdejminhdpmejldiapdgn?hl=en-US (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/alidropship/jlnhdnbbikjkdejminhdpmejldiapdgn?hl=en-US) You have to add your domain in AliDropship Chrome extension: https://alidropship.com/codex/alidropship-google-chrome-extension/ 3. Try clearing Chrome’s cache or reinstall your browser. 4. Try to deactivate all third-party extensions and plugins. 5. Check your computer for viruses. 6. Check if you have enough free space on your hosting. Please note that if you already have hundreds of products, the import process gets slower each time you import again. It is not the issue with the plugin, it is the way WordPress databases work. Once you added a lot of products, each new import process needs more time to check all existent products data on your site in order to import a new item.
