Our non-profit team includes remote volunteers from all over the world. Drag's shared inbox has enabled us to easily collaborate on projects. Being able to monitor and respond to requests from different time zones means no one has to wonder the status of open items, and nothing slips through the cracks.
This is such a great extension! Makes my job SO much easier!!
Installed Drag in order to share an inbox with a colleague - ended up utilising many other very useful features such as the chat feature, task lists and automation. It's easy to set-up, has a clean look and is intuitive - essential for my technophobe colleague. I also note from the website that many upgrades and improvements are in the pipeline. Support has also been very responsive which is great!
Working within a small, tight-knit organisation with a varety of complex, time-consuming projects, the quick and accurate categorisation of emails is crucial to our work. DragApp allows us to effectively streamline our workload by organising our emails visually, saving time and effort for our whole organisation. It is a vital application for anyone seeking to maximise their productivity.

Using drag is amazing, no need to use delegated access anymore, totally recommend Has a few bugs but support helps take care of them
