This platform helps streamline so many different tasks for our small office. Previously we had multiple platforms to complete different assignments, which was time consuming for small tasks. The video tutorials are helpful and I'm excited to learn more about Drag!
Its working well to manage many volunteers so we know who is responding to which email, we recommend
This has been a great tool for managing shared inboxes. Combines a kanban board with email chains!
This is an extension we use for our office account, helps with making it a shared account and avoids us sending the same message to the same person due to their alert feature
We use the google groups feature for this account as it seems to offer more control this way with delegation
Drag helps us track emails to interested volunteers so we know if they chose to ignore us are not
Works great to manage multiple accounts as an admin, showing a list of all of them for simple access
We are using drag for our non profit animal rescue, it works well for providing delegated access and being able to organize emails and collaborate We dont have many volunteers now but we feel it would help them work more efficiently in the time that they have donated to the org Tracking emails is great to know if people are simply ignoring us, we dont want to waste time contacting people if they arent interested in working with us We will continue to transition team members to drag, drag supports non profits with their products
Drag is such a great tool that supports collaborative inboxes. It supports the workflow and keeping track of emails with the team and has facilitated collaboration.
Drag has been a game changer for managing emails and collaboration between myself and my Executive Director. It is user-friendly and highly convenient. I highly recommend Drag and am looking forward to future added features.
