Great when it works, but frequently disappears and I have to uninstall and re-install it (and log back in) for it to show up.
inconsistent rendering and usability issues, please test for quality
Keeps disappearing. Sending emails from within Gainsight is not an easy task.
constantly disappearing, logging me out, not properly drafting emails, takes up lot of space, just not great.
I lead a CS team and every member of the team has complained about the new GS Assist extension for Gmail. They have to proactively remember to open it (rather than it being a check box near the 'send' button like before), and it takes at least 4 clicks to do what once was 1, so they're not proactively adding emails to timelines which is a big risk for us.

Takes up too much real estate on gmail. There is a long strip/ area of gmail that becomes unusable when you enable this add-on.
