- If a phone number doesn't turn into a link, you can select the text with your mouse and right-click to make a call (note: might not work with all numbers).
Info:
- If you don't like the extension turning numbers into Voice icon links, you can turn it off in the extension options.

Voice is my start page when Chrome opens. It remains open through the day. I use this extension as a visual when I am away from my computer because it sits on my Google bar.
I really like this, especially with Sprint integration. The one thing that is missing, though, is when you read a message (and click it to mark as read), the message stays as unread on my phone, and vice versa. It would be great that if I mark it read in one place, that status is pushed to all other places (chrome extension, android app, voice inbox, etc)
Works well Need a Google Voice Chrome WEB APP! I use the chrome apps like programs and a bookmark dragged into there does not carry over to other computers.
I got a question mark no matter what I do.. Please help...

Dear Google Voice Team! Please add the functionality of regular Voip!! This is really annoying when you are trying to call from google voice number and it actually calls itself, instead of calling the number u wish to call like in Gmail chat. Regarding the extension, it keeps turning off my itself, and by that I mean that it stays idle/off in my tab for most of the time, until i click on it, which takes me to inbox and enables the icon to be active again. Versus my gmail inbox add-o that stays on and turns on right after I get connected to the internet.
I am having the same bug as what's been reported below: the extension is permanently displaying 1 unread message.
It was a pretty decent app before the most recent update to Chrome. Now it always displays one unread message.
I just started using Google voice so I don't have much experience to comment from but I absolutely love the concept! I hope to see Google continue to develop this product.
Not working, it's trash.
